About the position Wrknest is now looking for a traveling operations and service technician on behalf of Chromafora. Chromafora is an environmental technology company that develops and operates advanced solutions for purifying contaminated water, with a particular focus on removing PFAS and heavy metals from complex water flows. This is a role for you who want a varied everyday life where you combine operations, service, troubleshooting, and improvement work on-site at the facilities. You will be part of a smaller and dedicated team where collaboration is close and decision-making paths are short. Traveling is a crucial part of the job, and overnight trips occur 50-100 times a year, both in Sweden and around Europe.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Wrknest, with a chance for extension or direct recruitment to the client in the long run.

Your future tasks 

You will primarily work at Chromafora's facilities in Sweden and across Europe. The work involves both planned interventions and urgent measures. Initially, you will work alongside colleagues, but over time you will work independently at the facilities.

Your tasks will include:

• Performing operations, supervision, and maintenance of water treatment plants

• Taking samples and ensuring that processes function according to requirements

• Working on improvement initiatives and optimization of facilities

• Troubleshooting in electrical and automation systems

• Performing mechanical maintenance and repairs

• Participating in the installation and commissioning of new facilities

• Documenting completed work according to applicable requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical background, for example from process industry, manufacturing industry, property management, or similar

• Has experience in mechanical work and troubleshooting

• Has basic knowledge of electrical and automation systems

• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and have a strong drive. You enjoy working independently but can also take a leading role on-site when collaborating with partners and external stakeholders. You are hands-on, enjoy fixing and tinkering, and have a genuine interest in technology. Taking responsibility and completing what you start is a given for you.

Location: Office in Västberga, clients in Sweden and Europe

Extent: Full-time

Employment type: Consultancy assignment via Wrknest for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension or direct recruitment.
